What is the salary for Qatar Airways Cabin Crew?
The salary for Qatar Airways Cabin Crew is made up of 3 components: the basic salary, flying hours and allowances. Each component will be explained below!

Your basic salary remains the same and doesn’t change depending on the number of hours you fly. For your first 6 months with Qatar, your basic salary will be 3600 QAR per month. However, once you have completed your probation period after the first 6 months, your basic salary rises to 4000 QAR per month. Your salary while working for Qatar Airways is also completely tax-free. This means all of this money is yours!
In addition to your basic salary, you will also earn a separate hourly pay for the number of hours you fly. These hours are calculated from the moment you check in to work, to the moment you check out. If you’re on a trip, this
The hourly flight pay for Qatar Cabin Crew is 45 QAR. While working as Qatar Cabin Crew, you are likely to fly between 90 and 120 hours a month. For example, if you were to fly 100 hours a month you would receive 4500 QAR on top of your basic salary. So, after 6 months you would earn 8500 QAR while flying 100 hours this month.
As you can see, your flight pay can really boost your salary! If you do a lot of trips a month your flying hours will increase and you can earn a lot of money. In addition to your basic pay and flying hours, you will also receive allowances. This is money you get for food on your layovers. Your allowance is given to you as a part of your monthly salary.
On average, Qatar Cabin Crew have 6 layovers a month. If you do have 6 layovers in a month, then you will receive 6 allowances in your salary. The amount you get for your allowance depends on the city you are staying in. For one city you could get 145 QAR but for a different city, you could get 473 QAR. Over a month, you are therefore likely to get 1090 – 1820 QAR in allowance.

You are also provided with free accommodation. This will be a shared apartment with other crew members, and a lot of these apartments have gyms, laundrettes, and pools. All of your bills are paid for and you get free uniform and laundry. The only thing you have to pay for is wifi. Qatar Airways also provide their Cabin Crew with transport to and from work.

Qatar Cabin Crew are also entitled to a number of different discounts. You can get discounts at restaurants, hotels, clubs, beaches, and stores throughout Doha. Working as Cabin Crew comes with a number of great benefits as you get to travel the world while you work. Qatar Airlines fly to 160 destinations, so you will have the opportunity to fly to new places every month. While on layovers, you will get to stay in 4 or 5* hotels that are paid for by the airline.
You are also allowed to request up to 5 flights that you want to work each month. While you might not get every flight you request, it is likely you’ll be able to fly to a few places of your choice. Since you have to relocate to Doha, the airline also provides their Cabin Crew with one free ticket to their home country each year.
Leave and days off
Qatar Cabin Crew get a minimum of 8 days off a month, but this tends to be 9 or 10 days. You also get 30 days
