This post provides details on becoming Thai Airways Cabin Crew.

Before making an application you need to check that you got their basic requirements. For example, you must be able to swim 50 meters without stopping and must be under 26 years old (female) and be able able to swim 100 meters and be under 28 years old (male).
If Thai Airways are impressed with your application, you will be invited to an assessment day! The day will consist of a number of activities to assess your suitability for the role.
You are likely to be asked to complete a number of group activities to see how well you work in a team. You may also be asked to do a mini-presentation of
Additionally, you will be asked to attend a number of interviews, either as a group or one-to-one. In both cases, you will be asked more specific questions about the role so that the airline can continue to assess whether they think you’d be suitable.

Training
If successful you will begin your training as Cabin Crew! The weeks of training will involve first aid, safety procedures and customer service tips.
Thai Airways use a Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainer which simulates in-flight situations such as turbulence, decompression, smoke and passenger evacuations. This enables you to experience emergency situations in a controlled environment, while being able to learn how to react and deal with these types of situations.
Working life
When working as Thai Airways Cabin Crew, you will have the possibility to fly to over 90 different destinations! This includes domestic destinations within Thailand, and also destinations in parts of Asia and Europe.

Salary
The average annual salary for Thai Airways Cabin Crew is $40,000.
Thai Airways Cabin crew are also entitled to a number of staff benefits. These include free/discounted flights with Thai Airways, Life Insurance, Health Care/Dental plans, and retirement plans.
Accommodation
Thai Airways don’t provide accommodation for their Cabin Crew. Cabin Crew
