This post provides details on becoming Jet Airways Cabin crew.
If you’re thinking of becoming Jet Airways Cabin Crew, you can attend one of their open days. These open days are held across India and allow you to submit your CV to the airline. You must make sure that you meet their minimum requirements for the job, such as being aged between 18 – 30, having the height of 170cm (Men) or 157 (women) and having fluency in English and Hindi.
If the airline is impressed by your CV you will then be invited to attend the Cabin Crew screening. Here they will check that you meet all the requirements for the job – for example, that you look presentable and that you have all the correct documentation.
After this, you will then go through the assessment process. This starts with a self-introduction where you have to speak about yourself. You will then be interviewed and asked specific questions, such as your strengths and weaknesses. You will also be asked to be involved in a number of group tasks aimed to assess how well you work as a member of a team.
If you’re successful in becoming Jet Airways Cabin Crew, then you’ll embark on a 3 month training programme! This training will provide you with everything you need to know for the job. You will have an introduction from the company who will tell you more about the airline, what they stand for and what they expect from you – including how you should act and their dress guidelines.
The training will also cover what you need to know for the job. This includes customer service skills, first aid, security, and emergency procedures. The training also consists of many exams which you will need to pass before you can start your new job as Jet Airways Cabin Crew.
Note: Jet Airways do charge Rs 50,000 as training fees.
When working for Jet Airways you will be based at an Indian Airport, with their main bases being situated in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi. Jet Airways fly to 67 places across the world, including flights within India and international flights to Asia, Europe, and North America.
Your salary will be made up of your base pay and then any additional bonuses. You will typically receive bonuses and commission for items sold on board the flight.
