If you are shortlisted you will be invited to an interview. During this part of the application process, you may be asked to complete a number of tests, such as an essay and psychometric assessment. Following this round of interviews, the shortlisted candidates will be invited for a final round of interviews.

If you succeed in becoming Singapore Airlines Cabin Crew, then the next step is training! Singapore Airlines have one of the longest training programmes in the industry – lasting 4 months!
During this time you will cover the following: product knowledge including food and beverages, service procedures, passenger handling, deportment and grooming, language and communication skills, safety equipment procedures and First Aid.
As part of the training, you will also be required to complete a number of written and practical assessments.
Singapore Airlines are known for having a tough and rigorous training programme, but if you persevere and complete it you will then be ready to start the job.
Singapore Airlines run short and long-haul flights across the world. Your roster will vary each month – with flights going anywhere across the world that could start super early in the morning or late at night.
You are paid a basic salary during your training. Once you have completed your training you will be given a number of allowances. Your monthly pay is normally around SGD$4,500 – SGD$5,000.
When becoming Singapore Airlines Cabin Crew you will also be entitled to a number of staff benefits. These include a free air ticket once a year and discounted travel.
Singapore Airlines Cabin Crew are based in Singapore. Singapore Airlines don’t provide their Cabin Crew with free accommodation, so you are required to find your own. However, as part of your salary, you will be given an allowance to help cover the costs.
